Request deletion in the app

Customers
Profile, then Delete account, then confirm.
Zeero Store
Retailers
Profile/Settings, then Delete account, then confirm.
Request deletion without the app
Email info@zeero1.com from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account".
What is deleted
- Name
- Phone number
- Addresses
- Notification tokens
- Login
- Saved preferences and favourites
What is kept, and why
Order and payment records are kept for six years after you stop being a customer, as tax law requires. They are de-linked from your name where possible.
