We have a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with an item, contact our support team within 24 hours and we'll work to resolve the issue, including refunds when appropriate.

Yes, all items clearly display allergen information. You can also filter items by allergen-free options in the app to avoid any ingredients you're sensitive to.
How fresh are the food items on ZEERO?
Items are typically very fresh, often just approaching their best-before dates. We work with stores to list items well before they expire, ensuring you have time to consume them.

Discounts are set by the participating stores and at their discretion – but the average saving is 50%.
Why are the prices so much lower than regular stores?
The lower prices reflect the fact that these items would otherwise go to waste. Stores are motivated to sell surplus inventory rather than dispose of it, passing the savings on to you.
Are there any hidden fees or charges?
No hidden fees – we do not charge commission, the only fee is a small service fee which covers the payment transaction and our admin costs to keep our platform going.
