What types of business can use Zeero?
Supermarkets, convenience stores, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and any food business that wants to reduce waste and reach new customers.
What does it cost?
There is no upfront cost. Join the app and submit your details, and our team will be in contact. After that it is a flat monthly licence, so it is simple to track.
Do you take commission on sales?
No. Shoppers pay a small service fee that covers payment processing and our admin costs.
How do products get onto Zeero?
Through our EPOS API integration, by scanning GTIN barcodes in the store app, or by entering products manually with photos.
Who sets the discount?
You do. Discounts are set by each store. On average, shoppers save 50%.
How do shoppers collect?
They pay in the app and choose a collection time. In store, you check their pickup code and confirm the order in the store app.
Can large operators control who approves what?
Yes. Store managers get set discretion levels and can escalate larger decisions to buyers or buying directors, with an audit trail for every decision.
